Amazing view of Matsuyama castle. Clean room with comfortable bed. Spacious with lots of counter space. Refreshing openable windows. Convenient bicycle rental.

The hotel was conveniently located near a tram station and the center of town, which made it easy to get around and explore. the room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the surrounding area. the staff was courteous and the public use computer in the lobby was fast and well-maintained. the tiny refrigerator was helpful for storing drinks and snacks.
I found that much of the hotel information and signs were not in English, which made it difficult to understand the appliances in the room and other aspects of the hotel.

The room I stayed in was amazing! I got the high floor room with a view of the city, so amazing. The bed was big and really comfortable, and the room was sparkling clean. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a few steps from the tram station and close to the center of town.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, they were modern and had a refreshing smell. the location was very convenient, with a tram stop nearby and a covered shopping street just a short walk away. there were several convenience stores in close proximity.
The hotel did not have Wi-Fi or internet connection in the room which was disappointing. Another negative aspect was the lack of English information available in the hotel, including machine instructions.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the cleanliness and modernity of the rooms. The location was very convenient, close to transportation and shopping. the view from the room was one of the best aspects of the hotel experience.
I wish there was more information about the appliances in the room and better English communication throughout the hotel. The lack of an effective ECO policy was also disappointing.
